We saw slow loads of Netlify-hosted web content and difficulty in using our web UI. We found a cause of the slowdown (a DDoS attack against one of our customers), mitigated it, and continued to monitor. Service was operating normally again within a short time, though the attack was ongoing so we continued to monitor until it stopped, though no more effects on our service occurred.
