Resolved

The issue was caused by errors relating to a service worker. The solution for the blank page issue is to clear the browser cache on the system where the issue is occurring. This incident is now resolved.

We continue to investigate the issue which appears to be related to a service worker the website uses. If you are seeing a blank page for app.netlify.com clearing the browser cache will resolve the issue.
